Theme: VISUAL POETRY
CALL FOR YOUNG ARTISTS AND FILM MAKERS (16-24 YO),
LIVING AND WORKING IN ORKNEY OR STUDYING AWAY FROM HOME, to submit moving image work ( short, experimental film, video art) for 5th edition of Papay Gyro Nights Art Festival, which is taking place 3 - 10 February 2015 in Orkney (Scotland), 6 - 20 March 2015 in Hong Kong and through the year will be continued as an international touring and exchange programme

Deadline: 1st December 2014

- collaboration, school and group submissions, experimental works of any kind and use of mobile and lo-tech devises are very welcome
- duration: 4minutes max
- file format: MPEG4, WMV, MOV, MPEG1, MPEG2, AVI (please consult for others)
- submission by post (disc with video data file), or on-line ( via download link )

Selected works will be screened at unconventional locations around the island Papa Westray (Papay), Orkney and included into Papay Gyro Nights Touring programme
